It is very hard to obtain a work visa to be a pilot in another country that is hiring pilots. Countries want lucrative aviation jobs to go to their own citizens, and there is no shortage of people who can be trained to fill those jobs. Be very careful about accepting the guidance of the flight school about career prospects.
